Actmix new modern, intelligent, digital plant

Actmix has built and put into use the new modern, intelligent, digital factory with annual production capacity of 25,000 metric tons. With hundreds of Pre-dispersed rubber additives products, Actmix is a large-scale manufacturer in China and has become an important influential rubber chemicals manufacturer in the world.

Actmix new plant details:

The production area of the project is 24454.1 square meters and the construction area is 23256.63 square meters. The first phase invest 71 million yuan to build a production line with an annual output of 10,000 tons of pre-dispersed rubber additives, mainly building production plants, warehouses and office buildings. In the second phase, 50 million yuan was invested to build a production line and research and development center of 15,000 tons of pre-dispersed rubber additives. The project added 92 sets of main production equipment, including key production equipment: pressurized mixer, auxiliary machine, extruder, granulator, automatic batching system, dust removal system, etc., with a total installed power of 4260KW. The above construction has been completed and put into use end of 2021. The project belongs to Rubber Chemicals & additives manufacturing industry.
